When you turn the CFL on, It will take about 40 sec brighten fully , which make it very inconvenient to use. Can any members help me to explain this phenomenon ? Thank You. Regards

Hello every one! I have a microcontroler PIC16F88. I want to make some simple applications with it, but for some applications I need to swap the value of one bit in one of two ports (PORTA or PORTB).
